Pat Leftwich

Pat Leftwich serves as Alphanumeric Systems’ Vice President of Professional Services, after initially joining Alphanumeric in 2002 as the Director of Staffing and Recruiting Services, a business unit he led to sales revenue in excess of $6.5 million.
As Vice President of Professional Services, Pat is responsible for all technical customer service satisfaction as well as ensuring quality service delivery, analyzing operating costs, maintaining pricing information for all components of network installations, reviewing customer billing for network support and installation, and working with sales to determine scheduling and billing of short-term engineering resources.
Pat also served as a key player in Procurement and Service Delivery Process for the IBM Global Services Project Office team.
Prior to that time, Pat began his technican services career with AT&T Technologies, Inc., where he served as Staff Manager of Information Systems, responsible for translating business requirements of the company’s organization into information systems solutions, directing the documentation and training of developed solutions to the end users, and coordinating efforts between the development community and end users.
Pat is a graduate of Guilford College in Guilford, North Carolina, and holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Management.
