Patrick G. Bromley

Prior to joining TULCAN, Mr. Bromley was a Managing Director at Donaldson, Lufkin and Jenrette Securities Corporation (DLJ) where he was employed from August 1977 through April 1993.
During that period, he was engaged in a broad range of capital raising, corporate finance and merger and acquisition assignments.
From 1984 through 1993, Mr. Bromley was a senior investment banker in DLJs mergers and acquisitions practice.
Earlier in his career, he was employed as an industrial engineer in a large U.K.
based engineering conglomerate, Tube Investments, Ltd.
(1970 to 1972); and as a senior financial analyst in a major U.K.
consumer products company, Whitbread & Co. (1972 to 1974).
Mr. Bromley holds a Master of Arts degree in the Natural Sciences and Chemical Engineering from the University of Cambridge, England (Trinity College, 1970) and received his MBA from the Graduate School of Business Administration of Harvard University (1976).
Mr. Bromley is also a graduate of the Institute of Management Accountants in the U.K.
