The Logística Segment provides logistics services for rail transportation, storage and port loading of commodities, mainly for grains and sugar. The Moove Segment is responsible for the production and distribution of lubricants under the Mobil brand in Brazil, Bolivia, Uruguay and Paraguay, as well as European and Asian market with a Comma trademark. The Cosan Corporate Segment includes other investments, in addition to the corporate activities. Cosan was founded in 1936 and is headquartered in São Paulo, Brazil.

It manages ownership interests in infrastructure sector companies, such as logistics, cargo transportation, and port operation of distribution terminals. The company operates through following segments: Northern Operations, Southern Operations, Container Operations, Central Operations and Corporate. The Northern Operations segment is comprised of railway, highway, transshipment and port elevation operations. The Southern Operations segment composed of railway operations and transshipment. The Container Operations segment focuses on container logistics. The Central Operations segment composed of railway operations and transshipment in the concession area of Rumo Malha Central. The Corporate segment focuses on other investments. Cosan Logística was founded on April 23, 2014 and is headquartered in São Paulo, Brazil.
