Peter E.
Fleming III has been Executive Vice President and General Counsel of MedAvant Healthcare Solutions since joining the company in June 2006 and is Secretary.
He has been Interim Chief Executive Officer of ProxyMed, Inc. since February 2008.
Mr. Fleming is admitted to the Bars of New York, Connecticut, Pennsylvania and Florida and the US District Court in the Districts of Connecticut, the Middle District of Florida and the Southern District of New York.
He was Counsel and a Member of the Litigation Group for Curtis, Mallet-Prevost, Colt & Mosle LLP.
Mr. Fleming was Assistant District Attorney of the City of New York.
He was Editor of the Law and Policy for International Business Journal.
He received a BA from the University of Vermont in 1980 and a JD from the Georgetown University Law Center in 1985.
