Its solutions include automotive, financial services, customer and retail, energy and utilities, engineering and healthcare and logistics. The company was founded by Neo Zhizhong, Alex Leong and Andrew Wong in March 2011 and is headquartered in Singapore.

The Group's principal activities are the provision of Internet access, e-commerce and communications services, sale of network configuration equipment and the design and maintenance of web sites. Other activities include e-commerce, content and community online services, website and application development services, operation of web portals in various segments, provision of services relating to corporate ticketing and hotel reservation and investment holding. Internet access and Internet services include dial-up, leased lines, broadband, value added services and all other Internet access-related services. E-commerce services include both Business-to-Consumer and Business-to-Business services. Travel-related services include air ticketing, tours, hotels and other travel related services. Operations of the Group are carried out in Singapore, Hong Kong, Australia, India, Thailand, Bermuda, USA, Philippines and Malaysia.
