Pippa Jeffcock

Ms. Pippa Jeffcock was the Head of Research at Ocean Equities Ltd from November 2005 to December 2006.
She is a geologist with financial training.
She has worked in exploration worldwide as a geologist and manager especially in gold and diamonds deposits both hardrock and alluvial.
She is a specialist in alluvial deposits and has discovered and operated an alluvial gold mine.
She has experience drafting mining laws.
As a director of the Ecuadorian Chamber of Mines, she chaired a committee responsible for drafting changes to the then mining laws.
After leaving Ecuador, Ms. Jeffcock worked for Peter Hambro Ltd for three years as a geological analyst.
Upon completing an MBA, she worked for six years as an independent consultant to mining companies in Angola and Sierra Leone and wrote mining company research for brokers in London, England including an exclusive contract of 15 months for Ocean Equities of London as a research analyst.
She followed this with a year’s contract at Dynasty Metals and Mining as Exploration Manager in Ecuador.
In 2008 she worked for Bassari Resources in Senegal as Exploration Manager.
