Price Rebecca

Rebecca is a Partner at Primary and focuses on People Operations, Talent, and Networks.
She works closely with founders on their journey from founder to CEO and helps scale their businesses and teams.
As someone who graduated with a degree in Psychology from Penn and went on to earn her Master’s in Organizational Psychology from Columbia, Rebecca has spent both her academic and professional career focused on bringing the best out of people, building strong teams and workplaces, and laying the foundations for strong People processes on which companies can scale.
After working in HR at Johnson & Johnson’s esteemed rotational Leadership Development program across a wide range of HR specialty groups, business units, and cultures, she moved on to operate as the first Head of People at startups Sailthru—where she met Partner Cassie Young—and Enigma Technologies, where she was the Chief People Officer.
Rebecca is a mother of two, with a daily eye on how to strike the right balance across everything.
