R.
Croxton is Co-Founder, CIO & Senior Vice President at Meridian Management Group, Inc. He has experience in the public and private financing arena.
He is co-founder of Meridian Management Group, Inc. (MMG), which was founded in 1995.
Prior to co-founding MMG, Mr. Croxton served as program manager of the Maryland Small Business Development Financing Authority's (MSBDFA) Equity Participation Investment Program (EPIP).
Under his direction, EPIP, with funding of $5 million, provided equity investments, and debt financing to franchises, business acquisitions, and technology-based businesses located in Maryland.
Prior to joining MSBDFA, he served as vice president of Developing Systems Limited (DSL), a Washington, D.C.-based investment banking firm which specialized in underwriting tax exempt bonds for real estate, equipment and permanent working capital financing transactions.
He has also previously served as the senior vice president for the Baltimore Economic Development Corporation (BEDCO), the economic development agency for Baltimore City.
Prior to BEDCO, he spent 8 years with Commercial Credit Business Loans, Inc., an asset based lender.
Mr. Croxton received his B.S.
from Morgan State University.
