Climate Change Capital (Iberia) (CCC-Iberia) is an investment firm located in Madrid, Spain. They are a subsidiary of the UK-headquartered Climate Change Capital Ltd. The parent firm was founded in 2003. They provide a range of financial advisory services such as due diligence, mergers and acquisitions, as well as capital raising and corporate and project finance advisory services. They also perform market research and offer consulting services. CCC-Iberia specializes in opportunities linked to prospects in transition to a low carbon economy. They cater to sectors such as energy, technology, financial and government. They are the investment manager of several funds, namely Carbon Finance Funds, Ventus Funds, and CCC Private Equity Fund. In addition to their UK headquarters and presence in Madrid, they also have offices in China and the US.

Abengoa Bioenergía is the holding company. The Business Unit is dedicated to the production and development of biofuels for transport, bioethanol and biodiesel, among others, that employ biomass (cereal, cellulosic biomass, sugarcane, and oleaginous seeds) as raw material. Biofuels are used for ETBE production (gasoline additive), or for direct blending with gasoline or diesel. Being renewable energy sources, biofuels reduce CO2 emissions, and contribute to the security and diversification of the energy supply, while reducing the dependency on fossil fuels in the transportation and helping towards compliance with the Kyoto Protocol.
