In addition to being associated with Roger Jenswold since 1989, prior investment years included ten years in trust investments and a managerial position with an international brokerage firm.
He has served in Virginia grading Chartered Financial Analysts exams, served on several foundation boards, and since 1997 has been on the Investment Committee that oversees the endowments of Texas Tech University.
Mr. Pfluger received his MBA from Angelo State University and his BBA from Texas Tech University.
