Merian Global Investors (UK) Ltd. (MGI-UK) is an investment management firm headquartered in London, UK. The firm was founded in 1994 as Minkgrove Ltd. and they became Old Mutual Global Investors (UK) Ltd. in 2012 after the merger of Skandia Investment Group and Old Mutual Asset Managers (UK) Ltd. They renamed into Merian Global Investors (UK) Ltd. in 2018. The firm is a direct subsidiary of Jupiter Fund Management Plc (LON: JUP), which acquired the firm in 2020.
