ERSA believes it is in a privileged position to take advantage of the growth opportunities in Brazil's electric energy sector, since it is a funded company and has highly qualified shareholders with a recognized investment track record. Since its foundation, ERSA has followed an expansion strategy based on the acquisition of projects in different stages by employing financial and technical assessment methods that seek to maximize value creation for its shareholders.
