He is also a Director of BPI Family Savings Bank, Inc., Director of Bestfull Holdings Ltd., Independent Director of Manila Medical Services, Inc., and Lead Independent Director of Cebu Landmasters, Inc. In the past, he served as Chairman & President of AC Industrial Technology Holdings, Inc., Chairman & President of Water Capital Works, Inc., Chairman of AYC Finance Ltd., Vice Chairman of Michigan Power, Inc. (Philippines), and Director of Azalea International Venture Partners Ltd., AC International Finance Ltd., Asiacom Philippines, Inc., Michigan Holdings, Inc., Ayala Systems Technology, Inc., and AG Holding Ltd.

Prior to his business career, he earned an MBA from the Asian Institute of Management in 1973 and an undergraduate degree from the University of Ateneo de Manila in 1971.
