since August 2005.
He was Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of McData Corp.
from August 2005 to October 2005, Vice President of Integration from January 2005 to August 2005 and Vice President of Finance and Treasurer from December 2002 to August 2005.
Prior to joining McData, Mr. Berman was Senior Vice President and Treasurer of Qwest Communications International, Inc. from October 2000 to August 2002 and Vice President and Assistant Treasurer from July 2000 to October 2000.
Mr. Berman held various positions at AT&T Bell Laboratories and US WEST.
Mr. Berman received a BS degree in Computer Engineering in 1982, an MS in Computer Engineering from the University of Michigan in 1983 and an MBA from Harvard Business School in 1998.
