Stephanie Tran

Prior to Pirate Capital, from 2000-2003, Ms. Tran served as a Senior Analyst for European Investors, a money manager specializing in public real estate securities.
She was responsible for initiation, underwriting, and due diligence of various companies which outperformed industry benchmark.
Ms. Tran had extensive coverage of companies in the residential, office, industrial, retail, and lodging sectors.
From 1998-2000, she served as an Equity Analyst for Cliffwood Partners, a public real estate securities hedge fund.
She performed comprehensive research at the economic, industry, and company level by actively analyzing and selecting stocks within a universe of REITs and real estate operating companies.
From 1997-1998, Ms. Tran served as a Senior Analyst for CB Richard Ellis Financial Consulting Group in San Francisco.
She provided sell-side real estate asset underwriting, valuation, and lease analysis services on various property types (office, retail, & apartments).
Ms. Tran earned a B.S.
in 1995 from University of California in San Diego, California, majoring in Management Science.
