Steve Cook

Mr. Stephen J.
Cook is a Head of Portfolio Management at Sequoia Investment Management Co. Ltd.
He also has primary responsibility for the structuring of Sequoia’s investment funds.
He has over 17 years of infrastructure debt experience.
Prior to Sequoia, he was European Head of Whole Business Securitisation and CMBS, and Co-Head of Infrastructure Finance at UBS.
Before that he was the Head of European Corporate Securitisation at Morgan Stanley.
Mr. Cook has been involved in a wide variety of infrastructure projects in the UK and across Europe as a lender, arranger and adviser.
Mr Cook holds an MA in Mathematics from Trinity College, University of Cambridge.
