Steve Krauss

Krauss, CFA, is Senior Wealth Advisor at Tompkins Trust Co. He is a member of the Investment Committee for Tompkins Financial Advisors.
He is responsible for building new client relationships and identifying the appropriate investment strategies to meet their specific needs.
Steve works closely with an internal team of financial planners and analysts to provide a variety of strategies focusing on wealth management, financial planning, risk management and tax planning.
He has over 25 years of experience in financial services as a Portfolio Manager, Analyst and Business Development Specialist.
Prior to joining Tompkins in May 2011, Mr. Krauss served as an Investment Specialist for a large private wealth management company where he managed assets and oversaw a book of brokerage portfolios.
He received his undergraduate degree from State University of New York College at Geneseo.
