Mr. Tim J.
Heaton is the Chief Executive Officer & Head of Direct Investments at CP2 (UK) Ltd.
He has over a decade of investment banking and corporate finance experience in both Europe and Australia.
He is responsible for the origination and execution of unlisted investments for CP2’s funds.
He has also been extensively involved in the firm’s largest listed holdings.
Prior to joining CP2, he worked in the mergers and acquisitions (M&A) group at Deutsche Bank AG London.
Before this, he worked in the corporate advisory division of Macquarie Bank based in Melbourne.
Mr. Heaton holds a Bachelor of Commerce (First Class Honours) degree and Bachelor of Laws degree.
