Tom Mills has been Chief Executive Officer of Dallas & Mavis Specialized Carrier Co. LLC since February 2005.
He joined Dallas & Mavis Specialized Carrier as President on October 1, 2002.
Mr. Mills joined JHT Holdings, Inc. in 1996 as Director of Quality.
He was Vice President of Process Leadership and Executive Vice President of Operations Support for JHT Holdings.
Mr. Mills was appointed as President of JHT Holdings in December 1999.
He was a Chief of Staff of the Military Traffic Management Command for the Department of Defense.
Mr. Mills held various key transportation, logistics and financial management positions at the US Department of the Army for 29 years.
He received a degree from the Kellogg Graduate School of Business, Northwestern University and an MBA from the Katz Graduate School of Business, the University of Pittsburgh.
