York Lin Goh

Mr. York Lin Goh is an Executive Director at Alpha Investment Partners Ltd.
He joined the company in December 2002.
With over 20 years of experience in the real estate industry, his primary responsibilities are in investment and asset management.
He was instrumental in conducting investments in South Korea, Singapore and Malaysia.
Prior to joining Alpha Investment Partners, Mr. Goh was a Senior Manager of the corporate planning unit in Keppel Land Limited where he led a team in developing new growth businesses for Keppel Land, including the real estate fund management business.
He joined the regional investment division of Keppel Land in 1994 where he worked on the company's real estate investment & development in Vietnam and Indonesia.
In 1999, he was assigned to work with the Keppel Group Executive Chairman where he was responsible for various corporate activities including strategic planning, mergers & acquisitions, corporate restructuring and human resources.
He started his real estate career as a Building Surveyor and Valuer with Colliers International.
Mr. Goh holds a Bachelor of Science (Honours) degree in Building Surveying from Salford University, UK and a Master of Business Administration degree from University of Tasmania, Australia.
