He was also the Deputy Chairman at Hypothekenbank Frankfurt AG and an Independent Director at Cliffside Capital Ltd.

Additionally, he was a Member of the Supervisory Board at Hypo Real Estate Holding GmbH, Deutsche Pfandbriefbank AG, and Hypo Real Estate Bank AG.
He served as a Trustee at Schörghuber Stiftung & Co. Holding KG and was a Member of the Management Board at Frankfurter Hypothekenbank AG.
Mr. Knobloch's education includes a graduate degree from Johann Wolfgang Goethe-Universität Frankfurt am Main and an undergraduate degree from Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität München.

Bernd Leger is currently the Chief Marketing Officer at Cornerstone OnDemand, Inc. and also holds a current position as Vice President-Marketing at CloudLock LLC.
Previously, he worked as Marketing Director at SureBridge, Inc. and held Vice President-Marketing positions at Navisite LLC, Oblicore, Inc., Veracode, Inc., Nexthink SA, Rapid7, Inc., Char Software, Inc., and Mimecast UK Ltd.
Mr. Leger earned an MBA degree from Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität München.

Bernd Wolf has been Human Resources Director of the Zumtobel Group since July 2000.
