Szewczyk holds an undergraduate degree from Warsaw University of Technology and Wyzsza Szkola Ekologii I Zarzadzania.

Tomasz Lalik is currently the Chairman-Supervisory Board at Partnerzy Inwestycyjni Sp zoo, Director-Investment Banking Department at Dom Maklerski BDM SA, and Member-Supervisory Board at Controlling Online Sp zoo.
He previously served as a Member-Supervisory Board at NPL Nova SA and Voxel SA (Poland).
Lalik completed his undergraduate degree at Uniwersytet Ekonomiczny w Katowicach.

Tomasz Maczka is currently the Chairman-Supervisory Board at MW Trade SA since 2022.
He is also a Member at the District Chamber of Legal Advisors.
Previously, he worked as a Sales Associate at Noble Securities SA. Mr. Maczka graduated from the University of Wroclaw.
