En virtud de lo previsto en el artículo 17 del Reglamento (UE) nº 596/2014 sobre abuso de mercado y en el artículo 227 del texto refundido de la Ley del Mercado de Valores, aprobado por el Real Decreto Legislativo 4/2015, de 23 de octubre, y disposiciones concordantes, así como en la Circular 3/2020 del segmento de negociación BME Growth de BME MTF Equity, ponemos en su conocimiento la siguiente información relativa a CLERHP Estructuras, S.A.:

Operaciones realizadas por directivos

Por medio del presente documento se ponen a disposición del Mercado los modelos de notificación de operaciones realizadas por personas con responsabilidades de dirección y las personas estrechamente vinculadas con ellas, mediante los que se comunican las compras de acciones realizadas por D. Juan Andrés Romero Hernández, Presidente y CEO de CLERHP ESTRUCTURAS, S.A.

Tras estas compras el Sr. Romero Hernández pasa a ostentar un 13,67 % de las acciones de la compañía, un 0,64% de forma directa y un 13,03% de forma indirecta.

Following these purchases, Mr. Romero Hernández now holds 13.67 % of the company's shares, 0.64% directly and 13.03% indirectly.
