En virtud de lo previsto en el artículo 17 del Reglamento (UE) nº 596/2014 sobre abuso de mercado y en el artículo 228 del texto refundido de la Ley del Mercado de Valores, aprobado por el Real Decreto Legislativo 4/2015, de 23 de octubre, y disposiciones concordantes, así como en la Circular 3/2020 del segmento de negociación BME Growth de BME MTF Equity, ponemos en su conocimiento la siguiente información relativa a CLERHP Estructuras, S.A.:

Operaciones realizadas por directivos

Por medio del presente se pone a disposición del Mercado el modelo de notificación de operaciones realizadas por personas con responsabilidades de dirección y las personas estrechamente vinculadas con ellas, mediante el que se comunica la suscripción de un préstamo de 400.000 acciones por parte del accionista y consejero Rhymar Proyects Developer, S.L. a la Sociedad con el fin de dotar la autocartera de la Sociedad que permitirá hacer frente a diversas operaciones.

Tras este préstamo de acciones, el porcentaje en el capital social de Rhymar Proyects Developer, S.L. pasa a ser del 38,24% de la sociedad.

Operations carried out by directors

Through this document, the model for notification of operations carried out by persons with management responsibilities and persons closely related to them is made available to the Market, through which the subscription of a loan of 400,000 shares by the shareholder and director is communicated Rhymar Projects Developer, SL to the Company in order to endow the Company's treasury stock that will allow it to deal with various operations.

After this loan of shares, the percentage in the share capital of Rhymar Proyects Developer, S.L. becomes 38.24% of the company.
