En virtud de lo previsto en el artículo 17 del Reglamento (UE) nº 596/2014 sobre abuso de mercado y en el artículo 228 del texto refundido de la Ley del Mercado de Valores, aprobado por el Real Decreto Legislativo 4/2015, de 23 de octubre, y disposiciones concordantes, así como en la Circular 3/2020 del segmento de negociación BME Growth de BME MTF Equity, ponemos en su conocimiento la siguiente información relativa a CLERHP Estructuras, S.A.:

Clerhp suscribe en Bolivia 2 contratos para la construcción

de relevantes obras civiles

La filial Clerhp Estructuras Bolivia, S.R.L., ha suscrito dos nuevos contratos para la realización de los trabajos de construcción de las estructuras de hormigón de relevantes obras civiles. En concreto, el contrato marco para la realización de trabajos de hormigón armado en la planta concentradora Colquiri, un contrato abierto que se irá complementando con anexos sobre trabajos concretos, y otro para la realización de trabajos en la presa hidroeléctrica Iviruzu, por un importe inicial de 1M€.

Se trata de contratos sobre obras de gran importe y en los que la compañía espera que los importes se amplíen considerablemente con otros trabajos.

Clerhp signs in Bolivia 2 contracts for the construction of

relevant civil works

The subsidiary Clerhp Estructuras Bolivia, S.R.L., has signed two new contracts to carry out the construction work of the concrete structures of relevant civil works. Specifically, the framework contract for the performance of reinforced concrete works at the Colquiri concentrator plant, an open contract that will be supplemented with annexes on specific works, and another for the performance of works at the Iviruzu hydroelectric dam, for an initial amount of €1M.

These are contracts for works of great value and in which the company expects the amounts to increase considerably with other works.
