Otra Información Relevante

Parenclitic, S.L. (sociedad participada al 82,41% por José Luis Vallejo Pizarro, Presidente del Consejo de Administración de SNGULAR, y la participación restante por personas vinculadas familiarmente), los días 16, 19 y 20 de febrero de 2024, ha realizado varias operaciones de compra por las que ha incrementado su participación en un total de 2.200 acciones de SNGULAR (representativas del 0.00409% del capital social de SNGULAR), a un precio medio de 3,23 euros por acción.

Como consecuencia de la citada operación, Parenclitic S.L. ha incrementado su participación total en SNGULAR en un 0.00409%. A su vez, José Luis Vallejo Pizarro (a través de su participación en Parenclitic, S.L.), ha incrementado su participación indirecta en SNGULAR un 0,00337%.

On 16th, 19th and 20th February 2024, Parenclitic, S.L. (a company which is 82.41% directly owned by José Luis Vallejo Pizarro, Chairman of the Board of Directors of SNGULAR, with the remaining stake held by his family members) carried out several purchase operations by means of which has increased its stake in SNGULAR by a total of 2.200 SNGULAR shares (representing 0.00409% of SNGULAR's share capital), at an average price of 3,23 euros per share.

As a result of the aforementioned transaction, Parenclitic S.L. has increased its total stake in SNGULAR by 0.00409%. In turn, José Luis Vallejo Pizarro (through his stake in Parenclitic, S.L.) has increased his indirect stake in SNGULAR by 0,00337%.
