El pasado martes 14 de marzo de 2024, SNGULAR adquirió el 100% de las participaciones sociales que integran el capital social de Navandú Technologies, S.L. (en adelante, "Navandú"), compañía dedicada, principalmente, a la creación de productos y servicios digitales innovadores para profesionales del sector sanitario y la industria farmacéutica.

Fundada en 2010, Navandú, ha tenido como objetivo desde su inicio, perseguir la innovación en soluciones digitales que transforman y redefnen las formas de relación entre la industria farmacéutica y los profesionales de la salud.

Con el lanzamiento de productos como Tok Medicine (una plataforma que ofrece comunidades de médicos as a service, incorporando modelos de inteligencia artifcial en la búsqueda de evidencia científca), Navandú consiguió ser un referente de disrupción en la industria farmacéutica. Estas soluciones nos ayudarán a elevar el posicionamiento de nuestras capacidades tecnológicas como soluciones de negocio en el sector de la salud y la industria farmacéutica, facilitando la entrada en nuevos clientes.

La incorporación de Navandú en SNGULAR supondrá un impulso en las actividades de SNGULAR, que permitirá fortalecer su división SNGULAR HEALTH. Desde SNGULAR se ha apostado por desarrollar esta vertical de salud, especialmente en Estados Unidos y otros países de América, con oportunidades y expectativas de crecimiento en la industria farmacéutica.

On Tuesday 14 March 2024, SNGULAR acquired 100% of the shares that make up the share capital of Navandú Technologies, S.L. (hereinafter, "Navandú"), a company dedicated mainly to the creation of innovative digital products and services for professionals in the healthcare sector and the pharmaceutical industry.

Founded in 2010, Navandú's objective since its inception has been to pursue innovation in digital solutions that transform and redefne the relationship between the pharmaceutical industry and healthcare professionals.

With the launch of products such as Tok Medicine (a platform that ofers communities of doctors as a service, incorporating artifcial intelligence models in the search for scientifc evidence), Navandú has become a benchmark of disruption in the pharmaceutical industry. These solutions will help us to raise the positioning of our technological capabilities as business solutions in the health sector and the pharmaceutical industry, facilitating the entry into new customers.

The incorporation of Navandú in SNGULAR will boost SNGULAR's activities, which will strengthen its SNGULAR HEALTH division.
