Platt is Director of Robex Resources, Inc. and Executive Vice President of Projects International.
From 1980 to 1981, he served as a Law Clerk to Judge Leonard P.
Moore of the U.S.
Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit in New York.
Dr. Platt is a Member of the Council on Foreign Relations, a Member of the District of Columbia and the New York Bars.
He received a Law degree cum laude from Bowdoin College in 1977.
Dr. Platt studied International Relations at the University Institute of Higher International Studies in Geneva, Switzerland from 1978 to 1979 and received a Doctorate in Jurisprudence in 1980 from the Columbia University School of Law.
