Allard Bruinshoofd

Dr. Allard Bruinshoofd is Head of International Research at Coöperatieve Centrale Raiffeisen Boerenleenbank BA.
He has worked at the Economic Research Department since August 2007, initially in the Macroeconomic Research team and since April 2009 in the International Macroeconomic Research team.
The team follows global economic developments as a whole, with particular emphasis on developments in the European economies.
The team moreover advises on structural trends and challenges in the industrialised countries around the world as part of country risk management at Rabobank Group.
He previously worked for a number of years at De Nederlandsche Bank.
Mr. Bruinshoofd studied International Economics at Maastricht University, where he wrote his Ph.D.
thesis on the financial conduct of Dutch companies.
