He has over 20 years of hands-on experience in the ‘Go-To-Market’ strategy & execution domain, in 14 countries across Asia.
He held leadership positions & managed multi-cultural commercial teams for FMCG institutions like Procter & Gamble, Glaxo SmithKline Beecham, Wipro & BIC.
His tenure at BIC saw the company grew its presence in over 50,000 retail stores and his legacy involved establishing this iconic brand into some of the toughest North Asian markets.
He reinvented himself in the technology innovation industry as a ‘Go to Guy’ for venture investments & business scaling since 2013.
During this time, he has developed a strong connection with the founder community and various institutional nodes of the startup ecosystem in Asia, including Japan.
Prior to executing the vision of the Startup-O platform to bring in a systematic, data-driven, and inclusive approach to investing & scaling, he led the expansion of an F&B SaaS product across the SEA markets, for an investee company of Jungle Ventures.
He has also formally trained over 200+ Asian startups via a series of structured bootcamps & guided scores of other startups at institutions like JFDI, Lithan, SMU, and INSEAD.
Originally from India, he lives in Singapore with his family since 2002.
He has an MBA degree from SP Jain Institute of Management & Research in India (1998) and graduated with honors in Physics from the University of Delhi.
