Mr. Benoît Guigou began his professional career in 2004 in the Mergers & Acquisitions department at BNP Paribas.
In 2005, he joined Ernst & Young, where he was part of the Transaction Advisory Services team.
During his two and a half years there, he worked on a number of due diligence projects for several buy-out firms (Wendel, Investcorp…) as well as for leading French groups, notably in the retail sector.
He also worked on a number of projects with distressed firms.
Mr. Guigou is a graduate of Ecoles des Hautes Etudes Commerciales (HEC), where he majored in Entrepreneurship.
