Mr. Bill A. Avoli is Vice President at RockBridge Capital LLC.

In addition, he was the National Director for JPMorgan’s Valuation Advisory Services Group providing business valuations for transaction analysis, tax planning and reporting, and strategic planning.
He also assisted in the establishment of JPMorgan's Business Consulting Group, which provided transactional advisory services to the firm’s small-to middle-market private business clients.
He is currently a member of the Board of Directors of Ervin Industries, Inc., Ervin Leasing Company, and Pearson Enterprises.
Mr. Avoli received a Bachelor of Arts degree with a major in Economics from Washington and Lee University and a Master's of Business Administration in Finance from the Katz Graduate School of Business at the University of Pittsburgh.
