Perfil
Prior to joining Heitman, Mr. Baziuk served as a Vice President in Countrywide's capital markets group, where he was responsible for the origination of CMBS loans and structured debt products.
Previously, he spent several years at KeyBank serving as a Director in the Private Equity Group, where he originated and structured mezzanine loans and equity investments on behalf of a $300 million fund.
He was also an Assistant Vice President in KeyBank's construction lending group.
In addition, he was a Credit Associate with Royal Bank of Canada's Builder Finance division, where he participated in the origination, underwriting, and management of a large portfolio of loans.
Mr. Baziuk holds a B.S.
in Finance from the University of Illinois.
He is active in the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties as well as the International Counsel of Shopping Centers and has participated in various credit training programs.
