He was President of AEC Sterling Corporation.
He was SVPof Fleet Operations at GE Railcar Services Corp.
($700MM revenue GECC division that managed and leased 140,000 railcars to railroads and private shipping companies with 50 employees and 900 repair shops).
He was President at GE Railcar Repair Services & Wheel Services Corp.
He was President at Crown Coach Inc , a GECC subsidiary ( $35MM revenue manufacturer of buses and specialty chassis for the school, municipal and state bus, RV and specialty coach markets with 300 employees).
Mr. Bison was a Manager in Manufacturing & Engineering at Midwest Electric Products, a GE subsidiary ($30MM revenue manufacturer of specialty outdoor electrical equipment for the marine, RV, industrial panel/control and residential air conditioning markets with 220 employees).
He was a Manager in Purchasing with GE Electrical Distribution & Control ($200MM annual budget for twenty two GE plants purchasing electrical devices and equipment with a staff of 39 employees).
He was a Manager in Sales/Project/Manufacturing Engineer & Supervisor at GE Distribution Transformer and GE Apparatus Service divisions.He was in the GE Manufacturing Management Program (MMP) and the GE Executive Development Courses in Management Development, Business Management, and Executive Development.
He has the CPIM (American Production & Inventory Control Society Certification).
He has a BSME in Mechanical Engineering & BS in Industrial Economics from Union College.
He also has a MBA fromLouisiana Tech University.
