Ms. Claudia Wearmouth is a Managing Director & Global Head of Global Head at Threadneedle Asset Management Ltd. and a Managing Director & Global Head of Responsible Investment at Columbia Threadneedle Management Ltd. She joined Columbia Threadneedle through the acquisition of BMO GAM (EMEA) in 2021, having previously been with BMO GAM and F&C Asset Management since 2007.
She leads the Responsible Investment Team, advocating the four strands of our RI approach: ESG Integration, Active Ownership, Thought Leadership and Fund & Solutions.
Ms. Wearmouth was previously employed as a Global Head of Responsible Investment by Columbia Threadneedle Asset Managers Ltd. She previously spent five years at a start-up charity called New Philanthropy Capital where she focused on analysing the impact of charitable giving and advising high net-worths and corporates on their charitable giving strategies.
She graduated in 2001 from Durham University with a BA in Economics.
