Since leaving Dell in 2001, he has been involved in venture capital investing and serves on the board or advisory board of six companies, most notable being On Link, Inc., that sold to Siebel Systems, Inc. for over $600 million.
Mr. Mountain is currently serving as a board member or advisor to the following companies: Unwired Buyer, Inc., Open Labs, Inc. and BigFoot Networks, Inc. Mr. Mountain holds a BBA in Finance from the University of Texas at Austin.
