Darrel Slack

Slack joined Silicon Image in April 2005 and is responsible for the company's finance, accounting, investor relations, information systems/information technology and facilities activities.
Most recently, Slack was CFO at Centillium Communications, a leading provider of broadband access solutions, where he directed all finance, accounting, financial planning and analysis, investor relations and legal activities.
Prior to assuming that post, he served as director of business development for the company.
Earlier, Slack held investment banking positions with Credit Suisse First Boston and Solomon Smith Barney, where he was responsible for a variety of technology securities underwritings and M&A advisory engagements.
Prior to that, Slack spent 10 years with the U.S.
Air Force, most recently as commander of C-12 flight training.
He holds a bachelor's degree in computer science from the U.S.
Air Force Academy and a master's degree in business administration from the Stanford University Graduate School of Business.
