Mr. David Groom is a Research Analyst at Praesidium Capital Management (Pty) Ltd. David joined Praesidium in February 2018.
He is well-placed in the Praesidium team, bringing a youthful element and unique insight in the identification, analysis and valuation of investment opportunities.
Prior to joining the firm he spent over four years in corporate where he gained exposure to the high-level commercial operations, and more recently business improvement.
During this time David managed and grew his own proprietary investment portfolio, remaining engaged with the local equity market.
He holds a Bachelor of Commerce Degree from Stellenbosch University, where he majored in Investment and Financial Management.
