David Perez

David Perez is Chairman and Secretary of Surge Global Energy, Inc. and has been Chief Executive Officer since January 2006.
Mr. Perez is Founder and a Director of 2 Life 18 Help and Rescue Organization, Inc. and a Director of Signet Energy, Inc. He became a Director of Surge Global Energy in November 2004 and was Chief Operating Officer until January 2006.
Mr. Perez has over 25 years of entrepreneurial and executive management experience.
Mr. Perez was President and a Co-Founder of Cellular Solutions Ltd. from 1986 to 1990.
He was President of Cellular Solutions and ran the wireless billing and operations support systems group of TeleSciences, Inc. from 1990 to 1992.
From 1992 to 1995, Mr. Perez provided consulting services for business development, customer acquisition and operational support systems for TeleSciences and other large telephone and cable TV operators.
Mr. Perez founded COM2001 Corp.
and became Chief Executive Officer in 1994.
He held various executive positions at Alexis Communications until 2001.
Since 2001, Mr. Perez has been providing business development and private equity consulting services to venture capital groups and investment banks.
Since October 2003, he has been providing consulting services to companies engaged in mining, oil and gas exploration.
