Diane Banta

Ms. Diane Banta is a Senior Vice President of Investment Research at Northside Capital Management LLC.
Prior to joining Northside, Ms. Banta was a Vice President of Research at Ironwood Capital Management, a fund of hedge funds based in San Francisco.
Ms. Banta was responsible for manager sourcing, analysis, and investment due diligence.
Earlier in her career, Ms. Banta worked as an analyst in the Debt Capital Markets group within the Investment Banking Division of Goldman, Sachs & Co. In this role, she assisted with the origination and execution of corporate bond offerings and loan underwritings for Investment Grade companies.
She also worked as an analyst in the Executive Office of Goldman, Sachs & Co. Ms. Banta earned a B.S.
in Commerce with concentrations in Finance and Management from the University of Virginia, McIntire School of Commerce in 2007.
