Edmond de Rothschild Asset Management SA (EDRAM) is the asset management subsidiary of Edmond de Rothschild (France) SA, itself a subsidiary of Edmond de Rothschild SA in France. The firm was founded in 1985 and previously known as Gestion Saint Honoré. Headquartered in Paris, EDRAM is a multi-specialist expert in managing equities, corporate debt, asset allocation and sovereign debt, quantitative management, infrastructure debt and overlay and benefits from the stable and independent family shareholding structure of their parent company. EdRIM Gestion SAS is the asset management arm of Edmond de Rothschild Asset Management SAS, itself a subsidiary of Edmond de Rothschild Holding SA in Switzerland. EdRIM Gestion was established in 2009 through the merger of Edmond de Rothschild Financial Services and Edmond de Rothschild Multi Management. The firm is based in Paris and offers a range of multi-manager and tailor-made funds for private and institutional investors in France and abroad. Their activities include asset structuring and structured management, fixed-income and credit funds, funds of hedge funds, long-only funds of funds, quantitative funds, asset allocation products and single-manager hedge funds.
