Gabe joined EIV Capital in 2022 and currently serves as general counsel for EIV Resources and is responsible for overseeing all legal activities for the company.
Prior to joining EIV Capital, Gabe served as General Counsel for ARM Resource Partners, a portfolio company of EIV Capital focused on yield-oriented upstream oil and gas investments, and as Deputy General Counsel for ARM Energy Holdings, LLC, a premier energy marketing and infrastructure firm.
Prior to joining ARM, he served as Senior Associate at Vinson & Elkins L.L.P., where he represented both public and private companies in corporate transactions across the energy sector, including capital markets transactions, mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions, joint venture transactions and corporate governance matters.
Gabe has also held senior legal positions at Columbia Pipeline Group, Inc., TransCanada Corporation, and C&J Energy, Inc. Gabe is a graduate of Texas Christian University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science, with honors, and earned a Juris Doctorate, with honors, from Tulane University Law School.
