Mr. Shadowen also formerly worked at The Urban Land Institute, as Director, Virginia Commonwealth University, as President-Real Estate Circle of Excellence, and Childress Klein Properties, Inc., as Project Partner from 1988 to 1999.
Mr. Shadowen received his graduate degree in 1984 from New York University and undergraduate degree in 1981 and graduate degree in 1981 from the University of Kentucky.
