Heatley Grant

Grant Heatley is a Senior Vice President at Tree Line Capital Partners and is responsible for Loan Servicing oversight.
Grant has actively been involved in Loan Servicing since 2010 having previously built and managed two servicing operations teams.
Prior to becoming Senior Vice President at Tree Line, Grant served on the International Bank of Commerce Mortgage Board of Directors and as Vice President-Head of Mortgage Servicing Operations at IBC, a $12B bank.
At IBC he managed a portfolio of $1B in outstanding advances consisting of 16,000 loans across various loan types, structures, and investors.
Prior to joining IBC, Grant managed a team of 80 mortgage professionals at One West Bank in charge of servicing 154,000 loans across multiple segments of the residential mortgage space.
