eQ Varainhoito is an active investor and manages portfolios invested in equity and fixed-income across regions, sectors and strategies. The firm's fixed-income funds are invested in a wide range of securities from money-market instruments to high-yield bonds. As an equity investor they manage funds focused on specific regions across sectors as well as on sectors across regions. They primarily hold interests in Finnish, Nordic, European, Eastern European, and US equity markets. The firm's discretionary asset management services consist of equity, fixed-income and alternative investments which can be made directly or through mutual funds. They run a number of model portfolios for developed and global emerging markets.

Manages investment funds

PYN Fund Management performs in-house research and analysis. Their PYN Elite Fund is an actively managed equity fund that invests in Asian stock markets with a heavy focus on Vietnam. The fund’s assets are in the Vietnamese stock market in about 70 listed companies. The firm seeks to find significant long-term, value gains with considerable company and market-specific weightings and aims to have a clearly higher return than the equity funds with diversified global portfolios.
