Mr. Kambara worked for Nomura Securities for 15 years.
From 1989 Kambara was sent to Eastdil Realty, Inc., US real estate investment banking firm, which Nomura had business cooperation with.
Kambara was engaged in securitization of convention hotel in San Francisco, distressed asset transaction by Resolution Trust Corporation and origination of real estate investment trust (REET).
Kambara was involved in principal finance and M&A business in Nomura London from 1994 and originated a structure of Japanese real estate investment for overseas investors.
In Nomura Tokyo Kambara made effort to develop Japanese property securitization, both in equity and debt, including real estate investment trust (J-REIT), commercial mortgage backed securities (CMBS).
Mr. Kambara is a graduate of Keio University, Faculty of Science and Technology.
