Iryna Voronova

Ms. Voronova joins Denham Capital from Siemens Financial Services, where she held senior positions in project and structured finance, specializing in conventional power, oil and gas and renewable energy for the Americas, and where she managed a multi-billion-dollar credit portfolio covering US, Canada and Latin America.
She brings 15 years of experience in banking and structured finance.
Before Siemens Financial Services she held several positions at Credit Agricole Corporate and Investment Banking.
With extensive knowledge of both debt financing and the broader energy sector, Ms. Voronova will play an instrumental role in accelerating the growth of Denham Capital’s Sustainable Infrastructure Credit Platform – launched earlier this year with a $2 billion commitment from Aflac Global Investments.
