Jay W. Jang

Jay Jang is a Director focused on buyout opportunities in consumer and healthcare.
Since joining JPB Partners in 2008, Mr. Jang has been involved in the execution, monitoring, and/or exit of JPB’s investments in St. Joseph's Aspirin, ZIPS Drycleaners, Ticknors Men Clothiers, Hometown Hospice and Homecare, Ted's Bulletin, and The Helpful Hardware Company (Ace Hardware Retailer).
Prior to joining JPB Partners, he served as Executive Vice President of Secondary Marketing for Corestar Financial Group, a national retail and wholesale mortgage lender responsible for pipeline management, loan sales, and risk management.
Mr. Jang currently serves as a member of the board for Ticknors Men’s Clothier, and served as a board member for Hometown Hospice and Homecare prior to JPB's exit.
He received a BA from Duke University, and an MBA from Loyola University Maryland.
