Riverbridge seeks to invest in high-quality companies that demonstrate the ability to grow in value over time. The firm builds strategies or portfolios by identifying well-managed companies that are diversified in their sources of earnings and have a sustainable competitive differentiation. They generally invest in growth equity securities of companies of any size, including small and mid-cap companies. Their portfolio turnover is generally less than 30% annually. The Riverbridge portfolios generally seek to remain fully invested at all times; cash is a residual of their investment process.
