Jeffrey Alan Johnson

Mr. Johnson joined Prime in 1996.
Prior to joining Prime, he served in accounting, finance and senior management positions for privately held manufacturing and distribution companies.
Mr. Johnson began his career in public accounting in 1982 with Touche Ross (now Deloitte & Touche).
Mr. Johnson graduated from Washington State University with a BA in Business Administration and is a licensed CPA in the State of Washington.
He is a member of both the Washington Society of Certified Public Accountants (WSCPA) and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA).
